Statutory escalation path
If a grievance written to contact@courtnetra.com isn’t resolved, the IT Rules 2021 path applies. Our Grievance Officer responds within 15 days. Beyond that, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (DPDP Act, Section 18) or file on CPGRAMS.
