Every Indian court that matters, in one workflow

CourtNetra covers 19,630 Indian courts across the country — the Supreme Court of India, all 25 High Courts, 18,735 District & subordinate courts via eCourts (NJDG), and 7 major tribunals. Pick any court below for cause-list integration, hearing-alert behaviour, e-filing status, and the per-court gotchas your matter clerk should know.

Apex court

Supreme Court of India →

The court of last resort under Articles 124-147 of the Constitution. Sanctioned strength of 34 judges including the Chief Justice. Original, appellate, and writ jurisdictions. CourtNetra integrates the SC's daily cause list, the Reportable / Daily Order distinction, and the SLP-to-Civil-Appeal renumbering on grant of leave.

25 High Courts

Constitutional courts of the States & UTs

India has 25 High Courts under Articles 214-237. CourtNetra polls each High Court's principal seat and bench cause lists separately; advocates appearing in multiple HCs see one unified hearing diary with bench-wise tagging. Click any court for jurisdiction, sanctioned strength, e-filing maturity, and the per-court bench quirks our parser handles.

18,735 District & subordinate courts

eCourts integration via NJDG

CourtNetra polls cause-list and case-status data from the National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG) maintained by the eCourts project. The integration covers principal District & Sessions Courts, Civil Judges (Senior & Junior Divisions), Judicial Magistrates of First Class, Family Courts, MACT tribunals, and specialised commercial courts where the eCourts portal exposes them. CNR-keyed lookups keep matters tracked even when transferred between courts in the same state.

CourtNetra does not ship per-court landing pages for the 18,735 trial courts — the Bar Council of India guidance against doorway pages applies. Trial-court coverage is delivered through the case-management product itself; you add the matter once with CNR or filing details, and the daily polling handles the rest.
