By creating a CourtNetra account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use CourtNetra.
2. Service Description
CourtNetra is a legal case management platform that helps advocates track cases across Indian courts. Features include auto-fetch of hearing dates, compliance tracking, document management, and notifications via email and WhatsApp.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Each organization account is isolated — you may not access another organization's data.
4. Plans & Billing
CourtNetra offers Free Starter, Platform Pro / Pro Max, NyayaLens Pro / Pro Max, and Bundles (Lawyer Pro, Chambers). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. Annual plans are 12-month commitments billed monthly at the discounted rate (UPI-friendly under the NPCI ₹15,000 mandate cap). The 3-day free trial is opt-in and limited to Platform Pro and NyayaLens Pro — one per organisation lifetime. Trials that expire without payment lock the account until you pay or move to Free Starter. All sales are final — no refunds on cancellation, except for billing errors, unauthorised charges, or multi-hour service outages (see Refund Policy).
5. Data Accuracy
CourtNetra fetches data from public court websites. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that auto-fetched data is error-free. Always verify critical dates and orders from official court sources. CourtNetra is not liable for missed hearings due to data inaccuracies.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not: use CourtNetra for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other organizations' data, reverse-engineer our software, or use automated tools to scrape our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
CourtNetra is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
