• Source portals can be unavailable, slow, or return incomplete records.
• Listings, hearing dates, and orders can change after our last fetch.
• Always verify critical information against the official court record before relying on it in proceedings.

CourtNetra is not liable for missed hearings, filing defaults, or limitation periods that arise from reliance on stale or inaccurate data displayed on the Platform.

NyayaLens AI uses large language models to summarise judgments, surface precedents, and draft documents. Despite our CRAG-style citation verification pipeline, AI outputs can occasionally:

• Mis-summarise nuances of a judgment.
• Miss a relevant precedent or cite a case out of context.
• Paraphrase in a way that loses legally-material qualifiers.

Every AI output must be reviewed, verified, and adopted by a qualified advocate before any filing, advice, or client communication.
