CourtNetra is digital-only — here's how and when you get access.

1. Digital Delivery Only

CourtNetra is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not ship physical goods. All access is provisioned digitally to the account holder’s registered email immediately after a successful payment.

2. Activation Timeline

Under normal conditions, your account is activated within 5 minutes of payment confirmation from Razorpay. You’ll receive a welcome email with your login details and onboarding checklist.

In the rare event of a payment-gateway delay, activation can take up to 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us within that window, email support@courtnetra.com with your Razorpay payment ID.

3. Territorial Coverage

CourtNetra is available across India and to Indian-law practitioners globally. Court-data fetch is tuned to Indian courts: Supreme Court of India, all 25 High Courts, and the district/tribunal network covered by eCourts Services.

For NyayaLens AI, API calls are routed to servers in Mumbai (ap-south-1) for low-latency response, with overflow failover to Singapore.

4. No Physical Goods

We never ship physical materials (no USBs, manuals, swag, or hardware) as part of the subscription. Any merch (t-shirts, notebooks) that CourtNetra may send as gifts at events is not part of the SaaS contract and carries no delivery guarantees.
