Core team
A small core team, working closely with advocates across India to build practice infrastructure the legal system can actually trust.

Aniruddh Atrey
AI engineer, full-stack developer, and multi-product founder based in Noida. Aniruddh leads CourtNetra as Founder & CTO, in parallel with Founder & CTO of MetaMinds and Co-Founder & COO of F1jobs.io. His work sits at the intersection of cybersecurity and scalable AI infrastructure: RAG pipelines, MCP servers, on-prem LLMs, computer-vision telemetry, and the kind of observability that keeps regulated systems honest in production.
At CourtNetra he owns engineering end-to-end: the scraper fleet across the Supreme Court, 25 High Courts, and major tribunals, the NyayLens AI research engine, and the case-management backbone. Years of watching advocates run their practice on paper turned into infrastructure the Indian legal system can actually trust.

Pragya Pandey
Machine Learning engineer with deep AI/ML and data science experience. At CourtNetra she leads the company — setting product direction across the scraper fleet over 25+ High Courts, the NyayLens AI brief pipelines, and the platform that keeps thousands of hearings and filings moving on time.
Tech speaker and community facilitator. Fluent in Java, Python, R, SQL, and NoSQL.

Archit Jain
Full-stack engineer with deep AWS and AI/ML chops. At CourtNetra, Archit owns product — translating litigator workflow into screens that ship, calling the shots on what gets built next, and keeping the gap between user pain and feature spec impossibly short.
He cares about the unglamorous parts: the lawyer who has 90 seconds between courtrooms, the field where a date should already be filled in, and the gap between “feature shipped” and “customer actually using it.”

Priyam Jain
Delhi-based digital marketer with hands-on chops across Meta and Google Ads, SEO, performance marketing, and content strategy. At CourtNetra, Priyam leads marketing — owning brand, positioning, and the channels that bring CourtNetra in front of advocates and firms across India.
He thinks in ROI-focused campaigns and audience-first content, and treats every rupee of spend as a question that the data should answer.

Vani Kaushik
Biomedical engineer and published researcher with a parallel instinct for people, partnerships, and process. At CourtNetra, Vani heads HR — owning hiring, onboarding, culture, and the everyday rhythms that keep a small team punching above its weight.
She brings a researcher’s eye for detail to the people side of the business, and a builder’s comfort with ambiguity from her hardware and biosensor work.
