Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time, keep your data, no hidden fees.

Last updated: April 2026

1. Self-Serve Cancellation

You can cancel your CourtNetra subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription inside the platform. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep full access until then, and we do not charge you again.

2. Email Cancellation

Alternatively, email billing@courtnetra.com from the account holder’s registered address with the subject “Cancel subscription.” We’ll confirm within one working day and stop the next auto-renewal.

3. Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your account moves to read-only for 30 days so you can export case data, hearing logs, billing history, and documents. Export options include CSV, Excel, and bulk PDF.

After 30 days, data is archived for a further 60 days (in case you want to return) and then permanently deleted unless you’ve requested earlier deletion under the DPDP Act. See our Privacy Policy and Data Protection pages for details.

4. Downgrades and Seat Reductions

Downgrading to a smaller plan or reducing seats is treated as a cancellation of the delta — effective at the next billing cycle, no refund of already-paid amounts. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.

5. Reactivation

Within 90 days of cancellation, you can reactivate by subscribing again and we’ll restore your data. After 90 days you’ll need to recreate the account.

For cancellation or billing questions, email billing@courtnetra.com. CourtNetra Technologies Pvt. Ltd., C-432 Bhutani Techno Park, Sector 127, Noida — 210313, India.
